Fleet Readiness Center Southeast Wage Grade Entrance Training Program 

This work/training program has a starting salary of 18.89 per hour with potential wage increases during the program. Upon completion of the Wage Grade Entrance Training Program (WGETB), graduates will earn $25.97 per hour or more. Skills will be learned through on-the-job training. 

Training Opportunities are expected to be available for:
-    Electronics Mechanic
-    Machinist
-    Aircraft Engine Mechanic
-    Sheet Metal Mechanic

The objective of the FRCSE WGETP is to provide entry-level personnel with the necessary skills, technical knowledge, and practical experience to qualify for worker-level positions in their respective trade areas. The program is designed to support FRCSE's workforce development efforts by producing well-trained, skilled employees who are equipped to meet the organization's mission-critical needs.
